Each letter is hand stamped by me, one at a time therefore, there will be differences in placement and alignment as well as the depth of each impression. This process only adds to the uniqueness and beauty of each piece.
Every piece of silverware you see in my shop is vintage (meaning it’s at least 30 years old) and has markings of its previous life. Each piece will have it’s own unique personality in the form of minor scratches, dings, pitting and patina. I just love imagining the life they had before, don’t you?!
Vintage silverware was not meant to withstand the high heat of modern day dishwashers so please hand wash your keepsake to keep it looking great. It will also tarnish over time but that is easily removed with a touch of silver polish however, leaving a bit of patina in the grooves of the pattern looks absolutely gorgeous! 😉
I LOVE doing custom orders! In fact I do so many that I’ve created a listing specifically for that. You can find it here:
If you would like to discuss your piece beforehand please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can get it just right. firstname.lastname@example.org
I hand stamp each order by hand using metal letter stamps and a hammer. My products are not mass produced. Because of the time involved with each piece I am unable to offer a bulk discount outside of my wholesale relationships.
